The Boss Ladies
Co-founders Lisa & Janelle have over 30 years combined experience within the hairdressing industry. With a twist of fate, the universe brought them together to open up their dream salon!

Up until the end of 2018, Janelle was based as a tutor & assessor within a hairdressing academy. At the age of 17, she started her career as an apprentice and gradually worked her way up where she then became based in Cardiff for many years. After spending two years teaching, Janelle decided the next avenue was to open a salon!

Lisa has always been fascinated with hair since a young age. At the age of 17 she began her hairdressing career and over the years has built up a reputable client base. In 2015, Lisa took her career to Australia for a year, where she worked at a salon and gained more experience with the local Aussie's!
Lisa specialises in hair extensions and absolutely LOVES long hair.
Our Senior Stylists
Meghan became part of the Lox Avenue family in 2021, armed with eight years in the hairdressing field. She has a genuine passion for colouring and styling, seamlessly blending contemporary trends with personal touches to create unique and flattering looks. Meghan's meticulous attention to detail and her artistic flair make her sessions highly sought after by those looking to refresh their style or experiment with something new. Her warm approach and professional skill ensure that every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
Tyler joined the Lox Avenue team in 2023, bringing with her seven years of rich experience in the the hairdressing industry. Known for her friendly demeanor, Tyler loves engaging in lively conversations with her clients, making each appointment not just a transformation but a memorable experience. She has a particular knack for colour and cutting techniques, skilfully crafting kiijs that complement each clients individual style. Whether you're looking for a bold new colour or a classic cut, Tyler's expertise will ensure you leave looking and feeling fantastic!
Our Junior Stylist
Paige joined Lox Avenue in 2020 as a junior stylist with a keen enthusiasm but no prior experience. Since then, she has dedicated herself to mastering the art of hairdressing, blossoming into a talented and creative stylist. Known for her sweet and caring nature, Paige goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels comfortable and pampered during their visit. Her rapid growth and commitment to her craft are evident in the beautiful results she delivers, making her a beloved member of our salon team.
